Johnnie Walker Whiskies Tasting Notes
Johnnie Walker Black Label is a masterful blend of single malt and grain whiskies from across Scotland, aged for at least 12 years. The result is a timeless classic with depth and balance of flavour. Drink it with ice, neat, or in a Highball.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve is an award-winning Scotch, made from whiskies chosen for their sweet, honeyed qualities. They’re selected when they are at their most vibrant for vivid flavour in every mouthful.

Johnnie Walker Aged 18 Years is an intensely rich Scotch that perfectly balances a trilogy of flavours and textures, and is made with hand-picked casks aged for 18 years, with each passing season building layers of complex flavour. Drink it neat or on the rocks.

John Walker & Sons XR 21 is inspired by Sir Alexander’s own hand-written notes. It is blended from the exclusive Johnnie Walker reserve of rare whiskies, all of which have matured for a full 21 years. Assured, balanced and elegant, it has intriguing layers of intensity that are both surprising and delightful. Sweet honey and tempered spices come cloaked in warming smoke. Citrus zest, ripened tropical fruits, and caramel swirl within hints of tobacco and raisins. The long, smooth, soothing finish is complex and fascinating - a myriad of influences played out over a subtle tapestry of peatiness.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label is where velvety smooth flavours blossom on the tongue with a remarkable depth of flavour. Only one in 10,000 casks makes the cut. Best served neat, along with ice-cold water to enhance its powerful character.
