Future of Work

Working from home was one of the changes that we had to embrace in 2020. The concept was initially unfamiliar to many but it has now become a new normal. To cater to the increasing demand for hybrid work arrangements, the Club has developed a solution for our members and their guests—a co-working space. 

The new facility occupies the former site of the Library. Users can enjoy free amenities such as unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, printers, TVs with HDMI connection, private booths for phone calls and tele-conferencing and a well-stocked pantry.

The Club had inked a five-year contract with co-working space specialist O2Work to manage the facility on a profit-sharing basis. The latter is also funding the whole renovation cost, hence there is no need for the Club to spend the $170,000 approved at the EOGM in March. The co-working space will add a stream of revenue that will help to gradually reduce the Club’s financial deficit to a more manageable level.

Hot desk membership

  • $350 per month
  • Early bird promotion (6+6): Sign up for the membership for 6 months and get another 6 months free.


Private meeting rooms

  • $60 per hour or
  • $2,400 for 50 hours (to redeem within two years)
