Let us come together to do our part to raise awareness on climate change.

Earth Hour is a global movement supported by the World Wildlife Fund to shine a light on the need for action against climate change. The Club will be doing its part by switching off non-essential lights and reducing lights at certain areas of the Club in support of this movement.

Join us in activities planned for you and your family to understand about recycling, upcycling and reusing waste, and show your support for this movement with us.

Time: 6.30pm - 9.30pm

Activity Booths

· Recycled Pen Holder
· Recycled Flower Decorations

Free for all

Work together with your family to create pen holders and flower decorations using recycled materials. You can bring along your old newspapers or magazines to be used for this activities.

Visit and Activity at the Garden
(Hourly Visits. Limited to 10 pairs per session. Pre-Registration Required)

Registration Fees :
$5 (1 adult member and 1 child) |
$10 (1 adult guest and 1 child)

Ever wondered how your vegetables look like when they are growing? The visit our garden as our volunteers will show you and your family the different crops that are being planted within it.

You will also get a chance to grow your own crop to bring home after the event.

Screening of “Racing Extinction”

This documentary showcases the ongoing Anthropogenic mass extinction of species and efforts from scientists, activists and journalists to document it.

8.30pm – 9.30pm

Screening of “Over the Hedge”

Free for all

Learn about how urbanisation is causing the extinction of wildlife through this animated movie featuring the voices of Bruce Willis, Steve Carell and Wanda Skyes

As part of the event, Jackson Miller and The Cabana will have their lights in the dining hall switched off between 8.30pm to 9.30pm. Other venues and locations may operate on reduced lighting. Non-essential lights within the Club will be switched off during this period.
