Learn to Swim Upgrading Certificate Ceremony

Congratulations to 132 Learn-to-Swim participants for completing upgrading tests on 11–13 November and progressing to the next level. Among them, 23 advanced from Learn-to-Swim to the Development and Competitive Programme. There are six levels each in the Learn-to-Swim and Development and Competitive programmes.
