    Asana Yoga increases flexibility and endurance, improves circulation and energy flow as well as cleanses the organs and tones the muscles.

  • Badminton

    The Club conducts classes at the beginner and intermediate levels. Private coaching is also available.

  • Bowling

    Private coaching by Adam Chen and Sam Ho is available.

  • Deep-water Workout

    Strengthening exercises in deep water target all muscle groups. The use of aqua dumbbells to deep-water workout further develops muscles through weight resistance.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga is suitable for people of all age groups to get into and stay in shape. It stretches and tones the muscles, and improves blood circulation.

  • Keep Fit (Aerobics)

    Keep Fit is an aerobics workout that helps practitioners improve cardio-vascular health, increase the body’s level of good cholesterol and lose weight.

  • Physical Toning for Ladies & Men

    Physical toning lessons start with 10min of cardio exercises before moving on to 40min of physical toning exercises and ending with 10min of body stretching exercises.
