Total body conditioning combines movements targeting various parts of the body to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. Movements can be modified or intensified according to individual’s fitness level.

Date: Every Monday (No Lesson on the 5th week)
Time: 9am – 10am
Date: Every Friday (No Lesson on the 5th week)
Time: 10am – 11am

Fee (per mth):

Member - $70.20

Guest - $91.26 (Charge to member account)
