Taiji

Taiji is a low-impact exercise that consists of slow, continuous and fluid movements. Regular practice promotes mindfulness, and helps prevent osteoporosis, increase immunity, lower hypertension and improve the cardiovascular system. Taiji is easy to learn, convenient and equipment-free. It is suitable for all age groups and both genders.
