Sakina has been a Yoga practitioner for more than 20 years and has been teaching for 15 years. She is a full-time teaching member at the International Yoga Teachers’ Association (Sydney) and has completed a course on Yoga for specific aliments through the Bihar School of Yoga Society (Munger, India).
