Deep-water Workout

Strengthening exercises in deep water target all muscle groups. The use of aqua dumbbells to deep-water workout further develops muscles through weight resistance.

First four Mondays of the month
Time: 6pm-7pm

First four Wednesdays of the month
Time: 6pm-7pm | 7.15pm-8.15pm
