
Weight Management & Injury Prevention Workshop

To take part in certain sports, some of us need to shed some kilos; others need to gain some to reach their ideal weight. And some of us are prone to injury because of
our age or weight or medical condition; but we love our sport too much to give it up. What can we do to minimise the chances of injury? These are some of the issues the experts from the Singapore Sports Medicine Centre (SSMC) will touch on in this workshop.
