Dancercise

Dancercise is a type of workout that combines dance with exercise. It is a fun and energetic way to get in shape, improve cardiovascular fitness, and boost your mood. It can be performed individually or in a group setting and can include different types of dance styles such as hip hop, salsa, Latin or ballroom. The focus is on using dance movements to increase physical activity and burn calories, rather than learning a specific dance routine.

Fees (w/GST) (w.e.f from 1 Jan 2024):

Member: $110.00

Guest: $120.00

(Fees are to be pre-paid for the whole term for participants paying via PayNow)

Duration and Frequency:

8 weeks x 1 lesson/week = 8 lessons

Class:

Class A: Every Monday, 2pm to 3pm

Class B: Every Friday, 2.30pm to 3.30pm

*Minimum 8 students for each class to commence.
